Our vodka, gin and seasonal offerings are available for sale in our Tasting Room. We also carry a wide selection of merchandise, including gift packaging, glassware, shirts, hats and cocktail paraphernalia.

Eau Claire is the perfect venue for your meeting, fundraiser, staff party, catered event, reception, cocktail party, or special occasion. Book our Tasting Room, or sit down to a long-table dinner in our Barrel Room and be sure to show your guests the time of their life. For up to 70 guests.
Mixology 101
Learn how to make the perfect cocktail, surrounded by copper stills and aging barrels. If you are looking for the perfect idea for a fun and unique social occasion, team building or just a gathering of friends, join the social animals at Eau Claire for a hosted evening of cocktail instruction. You and your companions will be led by one of our expert mixologists in the making of delectable cocktail creations.
Transportation and food are available, making this fun-filled evening of ‘farm to glass’ creation an event not to be missed. Call for more details.

How to Get Here
(Most scenic route)
We are located approximately 45 minutes from downtown Calgary. Travel south until you reach Stoney Trail/Highway 22X. Turn left (south on Highway 22/Cowboy Trail) until you come to the town of Turner Valley. Eau Claire Distillery is in the Centre of Turner Valley at 113 Sunset Boulevard.
