Jasmine

This drink is very easy to make and only takes a little bit of cooking. 

Ingredients
2oz Parlour Gin
0.5oz Campari
1.5oz fresh squeezed orange juice
0.5oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1oz honey syrup

Honey syrup
600ml water
400ml organic honey
Cook on a medium temp. For 15mins and let cool.

Cook on a medium temp. For 15mins and let cool.

Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini style glass or coupe.
Garnish with a lemon wheel floating in the glass
