This is a great cocktail for celebrating. It’s a vodka cocktail with bubbles that gives a really nice crispy and citrus taste balanced out at the end with the rosemary syrup.

Ingredients:
1oz Three Point Vodka
0.25oz Campari
1oz rosemary simple syrup
0.25oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2-4oz prosecco

Rosemary syrup 
500ml water
500ml sugar
500ml fresh rosemary
