Blend up the strawberries before placing them in a pot. Cook all three ingredients over medium heat for 15mins and occasionally stir the mixture. Make sure not to let the mixture boil too much because it will boil out more of the water and throw off the final ratio of sugar and water, creating a sweeter and more thick syrup. Let syrup cool for 10mins then strain mixture into a clean container or bottle. With the syrup you can substitute the strawberries for other fruits of your choice, just keep with the equal ratio This cocktail is fairly easy to create but will take a little bit of cooking and a shaker. Ingredients: Strawberry simple syrup: Garnish with a thin lemon wheel floating on top.
The Pink Lemonade
1.5oz Three Point Vodka
0.5oz Cointreau
1oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1oz strawberry simple syrup
Very simple to create.
500ml diced up strawberries
500ml water
500ml sugar.
