Join Us for Afternoon G & “Tea”
There is something so splendid about Afternoon Tea; a cake stand full of perfectly cut cucumber sandwiches and delicious scones with jam and clotted cream. Eau Claire Distillery has added a fun new flavour of sophistication to the traditional tea and added their own lineup of innovative teapot cocktails to the afternoon affair.
Join Eau Claire Distillery for their G & ‘Tea’ event series at the Distillery every Monday & Tuesday all summer long. $20/per person (minimum party of four). The afternoon includes, two one ounce teapot cocktails per person (cocktail chosen on arrival), Eau Claire Distillery’s spin on traditional afternoon tea snacks, all made in-house, and one non-alcoholic beverage per person, including an assortment of Teadore high quality loose leaf teas.
The fun afternoon is perfect for book clubs, wedding showers, birthday celebrations and cocktail connoisseur crews!
Hours of Operation – Seating begins at 2:00pm until 4:00pm
Dress Code – Casual, Smart casual, Business casual, Victorian, dress as you please!

Menu – Set menu of Afternoon Tea snacks. Including an arrangement of charcut meats from Spragg’s Meat Shop in Rosemary, AB, Eau Claire chicken liver terrine, pickles made in-house, hickory smoked cerignola olives, bakes apple & caramelized onion compote, assorted crostini & spent grain flatbread. As well as a selection of summer sandwiches and brittle apple brandy tuiles filled with natural whipped cream for dessert.
